That continually improves effectiveness and performance, providing products and services that meet the requirements of our internal and external customers. And comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

The Company’s objectives are achieved through the commitment of each employee across all levels of the organization by following the correct & safe methodologies also working as a team to implement the Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System throughout all WDC’s premises.

Policy is implemented through the following key elements:
• Providing Adequate Resources to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.
• Develop & maintain a culture of routinely doing things right & doing them better, adopting best practices, while building successful relationships both internally & externally.
• Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management system is the responsibility of each managerial level across the company.
• All employees are to be trained on a regular basis on the Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System, each according to his responsibilities.
• Risk assessment System is implemented to ensure a safe environment to control any hazards which may affect the employees as well as the properties.
• Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statement shall be communicated to all employees, contractors, and any external parties with whom the Company is associated.
